Our legendary Sensational Salad in chicken version.

Chicken thigh pieces are marinated in our own delicate herb mix, then baked to perfection in the oven, with no added oil. Served on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, with juicy carrots and a dash of finely cut red onions, five kinds of organic sprouts, freshly grated coconut, tasty cheese, eggs, roasted seeds, diced pawpaw, garnish of  premium microgreens and a cup of our world famous Pawpaw Seed dressing!
